If so, let us set up your ElderCarePay software so you can still reap the substantial cost savings of doing your own payroll.
Here's what we'll do for you:
- Prepare all the necessary paperwork to apply, on your behalf, for your federal and state Employer Identification Numbers;
- Setup ElderCarePay software with all your employer personal and tax information, including state disability, labor and/or unemployment tax rates;
- Setup ElderCarePay software for each of your employees based upon information provided in their federal and state-equivalent W-4 forms.
- Setup ElderCarePay software withholding functions.
- Prepare a personalized ElderCarePay software reporting and payment schedule with directions for complying with your federal and your state reporting requirements.
- Send you a fully configured ElderCarePay software data file with directions on how to install it on your computer.
For a one-time fee of $99.97, we will do all this for you and one employee. Setup for each additional employee is a one-time charge of $49.97 each. Once you have the ElderCarePay data file installed on your computer, all you do is issue paychecks or pay stubs each pay day to your employees.
